woman, 20, reaches deal on charge of sex with 15-year-old boy

CHILTON —
A 20-year-old woman charged with having sex with a 15-year-old boy
after a high school dance has entered a deferred prosecution agreement.

Kristina N. Schwoerer of Brillion is required to complete a sexual perpetrator’s assessment
and follow through with treatment recommendations, have no contact with the victim
and have no sexual contact with males under 18.
She will also be tested for HIV, hepatitis B and sexually transmitted diseases.

The agreement was approved Wednesday by Calumet County Judge Donald Poppy.
The agreement means the case is held open for two years,
and will be dismissed if Schwoerer has no further violations in that time.

Schwoerer and the boy told police they had sex in her Brillion apartment
after a high school dance Feb. 8.
The two told police the sex was consensual, and Schwoerer said she thought
the boy was “mature” and 17 or 18 years old.
