Angelina Jolie knows how to spark epic amounts of attention
with almost every move she makes, and this move proves it.
Jolie is reportedly shown on the cover of the November issue of 'W' magazine
breast-feeding her new born twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.
The photo, taken by Jolie's partner Brad Pitt, will adorn the November issue of W magazine.
Other family pictures taken by Pitt in the weeks after the birth in July of twins Vivienne Marcheline
and Leon Knox will appear inside.
This photo opp pales her last nursing photo taken after she gave birth to her daughter,
Shiloh, in which she wore a white nursing bra underneather a tank top on the cover of People.
A breast-feeding photo precedent was set back in 2006 by Babytalk magazine
when they published a photo of a baby breast-feeding from the profile of a woman's breast.
The magazine subsequently conducted a survey of more than 4,000 of its readers
and found only a quarter of the responders believed the photo to be inappropriate.
On the other hand, Jolie is already receiving praise
for her gutsy display by La Leche League International,
the world's oldest breast-feeding support organization,
who admire her decision to be photographed while breast-feeding.
"Breast-feeding in public reveals a whole lot less than what has been revealed on the red carpet. ...
I think we do need more role models like Angelina Jolie willing to be photographed and say,
`Hey look, it can be done, it oughta be done,'" said La Leche spokeswoman Jane Crouse.
This may not be the last time Jolie is able to display intimate moments with her children.
Jolie reportedly stated in an interview this week that her and her partner, Brad Pitt,
plan to add at least one more child to their family, which already consists of six children total.
Breast-feeding isn't the only buzz Jolie is currently creating.
Talk has been surfacing that she may be up for an Oscar nomination for her recent role
in the film Changeling, which is scheduled to hit theatres Oct. 24.
